The organization of IMS Shipyard is based on a tried and tested model in place for the last 25 years.

This model lies at the heart of customer satisfaction; loyal customers with an annual rate of 80% returning clients.

To work well, our operations rely on: the key role played by the project manager, the balance between in-house and external resources, the reporting system and project follow-up.


PROJECT MANAGER: A SINGLE, RESPONSIBLE CONTACT PERSON

A genuine key player, the project manager is your sole contact person once the boat arrives at the site.

He speaks fluent English and is the only person in charge with regard to the client, providing information, advice and coordination between the different in-house and external workers involved.


LOYAL, QUALIFIED SUBCONTRACTORS

IMS subcontractors are well-known and regular.
They have been selected for their expertise.

They provide the adaptability required for each project and allow us to ensure that we are fully responsive.

The majority are based on the IMS 700 site in the PAM (Marine Activity Park).


A COMPETENT, EXPERIENCED IN-HOUSE TEAM

The recognized quality of our services is founded on a cohesive, loyal and experienced in-house team: 100 permanent staff on the two sites, IMS 300 and IMS 700. Five trade corporations carry out recurring work.

An extremely low turn-over (less than one person leaves the shipyard each year) guarantees capitalisation of know-how.

It explains our reputation for expertise and advice in all the domains of yacht refit and maintenance.


RESPECT FOR BUDGET AND SCHEDULES

IMS Shipyard is reputable for respecting set quote prices and schedules.
The progress report, signed at each phase of works by the project manager and captain, makes it possible to control the project throughout its duration.
This ensures control over prices and schedules and protects against any problems.
Good familiarity with the suppliers makes it possible to control lead times for supplies.
The teams’ experience and responsiveness allow us to adapt quickly to unexpected circumstances while also respecting the economic and contractual framework.
